Take control of your health and restore your body’s natural balance.
Welcome to SARA KIM Naturopathy. I’m Sara Kim, a certified naturopathic wellness professional with over 15 years of experience helping individuals improve their health naturally. Specializing in gut and immune health, chronic illness, post-surgery recovery, and pain management, I focus on identifying root causes and guiding you toward lasting wellness.
Straight to the point
No more detours, no more guesses.
Many encounter avoidable health issues, impeding progress and causing feelings of depression and frustration in their search for solutions. I believe that the combination of naturopathy, innovative education, and advanced nutraceuticals can free the body.
Turn the ship around
Your body is always in motion.
You are either
toward disease OR
toward optimal health.
With personalized one-on-one health solutions, receive tailored guidance and support to overcome challenges like where to start, what to buy, and identifying factors affecting your health.
Take the first step toward becoming your best self by scheduling a free 15-minute one-on-one initial consultation to see how I can support you.
Healthy Kids, Healthy Future
Building healthy habits in the early stages of life can have a lasting impact on children as they grow and develop. This extends to physical growth, cognitive (learning and thinking) development, social and emotional growth, and mental health.
I guide parents in incorporating naturopathic principles to teach their kids about proper education for a healthy lifestyle.
Purpose of a Naturopathic Wellness Consult & What to Expect
The purpose of a Naturopathic Wellness Consult is to help you discover the root cause of any imbalance or health challenge that you may be struggling with. We will be looking at an in-depth health history, diet, lifestyle, medication, any exposure to environmental toxins and current supplementation.
The goal is to find which body system or systems might be out of balance or lacking in key nutrients. Then together we will design a customized nutritional support program along with diet and lifestyle to allow your body to come back into balance and optimal health.
IN-DEPTH
Your consult will be 60 minutes in length and will include a 20 minute follow up appointment.
BLOOD WORK REVIEW
It is not necessary to have a copy of your blood work to book a wellness consult however it can help me to see more deeply into your challenges.
